1. Hindustan Zinc Limited - Sindesar Khurd Mines:
Through
this work contract Teknomin is executing all operations related to an underground
mine like MINE DEVELOPMENT, PRODUCTION DRILLING, CHARGING AND BLASTING OF
STOPES, WITHDRAWAL of ore from stopes AND TRANSPOTATION OF ORE / WASTE to
surface using high capacity LHD (upto 17 t) and LPDT (upto 60 t) and stope
filling with HYDRAULIC and PASTE FILLING.
Present
production requirement is 8000 tpd
ore + developmental waste to surface
making the cumulative hauling > 8000tpd from nearly 600 mtr depth from this
underground Zinc mine.
2. Hindustan Zinc Limited - KAYAD Mines:
This
work contract is also an outright complete
Mine operation contract comprising of MINE DEVELOPMENT, PRODUCTION
DRILLING, CHARGING AND BLASTING OF STOPES, WITHDRAWAL of ore from stopes AND
TRANSPOTATION OF ORE / WASTE TO SURFACE through 1 in 7 decline using high
capacity LHD (upto 17 t capacity) and LPDT (upto 50 t capacity) and filling
stopes with Cement mixed waste filling. The daily output requirement is 3000 tpd Ore + developmental
waste making the cumulative hauling > 4500tpd from this Underground Zinc
Mine.
3. Hindustan Zinc Limited – Balaria Mines of Zawar
Group of Mines.
This
is also a complete Mine operation
but involving lesser Mechanization and excluding drilling operations. Daily output requirement is 1200 tpd ore with
corresponding waste development.
4. Hindustan Zinc Limited – Rajpura Dariba Mines:-
This
work contract is for Mine development only for excavating various sizes of
Drives and Cross cuts, raises using Alimak Raise climber and Decline
development etc.
5. HUTTI GOLD MINES LIMITED – Uti Project:
This
is a composite mine development work namely “Development of underground Main mine in Lode no. 4 & Lode no. 3 at
UTI Gold Mine Project in Deodurga Taluk, Raichur District” comprises of
following major operations
a) Sinking & equipping fully lined 265 m depth Rectangular second
outlet shaft with FOUR number of insets (plats) and related Linear development,
sump, equivalent to around 2500 m
b) Deepening of South shaft 195 m along with equipping with three insets
and related linear development equivalent to nearly 2000 m
c) Excavation of 30o Incline shaft, 165 m , Supporting and
equipping.
6. Singareni Collieries Co. Ltd., Shanthi khani
Long Wall Project:
Nature
of work for this work contract is Sinking & Lining Man winding shaft 390 m
depth, having excavated diameter 8.1 m (finished dia 7.5 m)
7. Manganese Ore India Ltd., : Ukwa Mine Shaft and ancillary works:-
This work contract consists of
a) Sinking, Lining & furnishing Manwinding shaft
b) Excavating Insets, C cuts and estabilishing Ore pass system
c) SUPPLY, INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING OF 250 HP Man winding
winder.
Following
Work contracts with HINDUSTAN COPPER LIMITED is executed in collaboration with
other agencies as a consortium partner.
A. MALANJKHAND
COPPER PROJECT : Development of an underground Mine for 5 Mtpa capacity
at MALANJKHAND COPPER PROJECT, in consortium with M/s IVRCL, MCCDL &
DM. This is a turnkey project involving
sinking FOUR deep shaft, excavating TWO declines around 5KM, lateral &
vertical development more than 50 KM, Supply and commissioning of High capacity
Winders for Man winding, material winding etc along with all ancillary
requirements.
B. KHETRI
& KOLIHAN COPPER MINES: 32,100
m Mine development and corresponding Production Drilling at Khetri and Kolihan Copper
Miens of Hindustan Copper Limited during a period for 5 years from 2009. This work is extended for another period Two
years upto August 2016. The work is
executed as a consortium with Maheswaree Mining Private Limited.
C. BANWAS COPPER PROJECT (under KCM) :
12,120 m Mine development, 2,660 m Decline Development along with portal
construction, 12,000 m diamond drilling, 41,000 m Large Dia drilling and 85,000
m Long Hole drilling at Banwas in Khetri Copper Mine. The work is executed as a
consortium with Maheswaree Mining Private Limited.
